Roar of Love by Heléna Kate

The life-shaking call of love. The love that we know lives in our hearts, brings the tears to our eyes, and makes our heart ache. The Roar of Love is a wake up call that can’t be igored. It is “No” to all that shuts us down and calls us away from what is really important. It is an embracing of the radiant, the transcendant and the beautiful, a fierce combat for what has meaning, and a powerful desire to live with an open heart rooted in the only things that stand true throughout time.

It is a call to the artists, shamans, healers, and ceremonialist -the stewards of the light, the seekers of goodness, the lovers of the goddess. To call it “just” a celebration is to not understand. It is a deep respectful and joyous love of the divine. filled with rigorous study and powerful transformation.

“Come, come whoever you are, this is not a caravan of despair.”

Welcome, wherever you are on your path let’s roar together.

On Courage
It is when things are at their darkest and when we are feeling the deepest sense of isolation that we most need our courage. Regardless of where I go, regardless of the peaks I summit or the joy that I embrace, I inevitably end up staring into the broken and empty...
On Being a Lover: Embracing Love’s Journey
When I think back on myself as a child, I am struck by the gentleness, openheartedness and connectedness that I possessed. I remember so many moments of feeling profound and exquisite love.  As I watch the years turn in my mind, I start to notice that the spontaneity...
On Heartbreak
I could not write about heartbreak. So, I left home and traveled wondering: How do you describe the process that makes emptiness evident? That stretches out our longing over the racks of days and years? That makes our futility and powerlessness undeniable? How do you...
